Is there a setup fee?

There is no setup fee for our villa management services. We believe in making the onboarding process simple and hassle-free, so you can get started without any upfront setup costs.

What's the contract lenght?

Our standard villa management agreement has a minimum contract term of 1 year. This allows us to implement effective management strategies, optimize your property's performance, and deliver consistent long-term results.

Who covers repair and supplies?

The villa owner covers the cost of all repairs, maintenance, and supplies. We coordinate and manage the work on your behalf, ensuring everything is completed efficiently, transparently, and to a high standard. Any significant expenses will always be communicated and approved by you in advance.

Is commission based on gross or net revenue?

Our management commission is calculated based on the gross booking revenue, before operating expenses are deducted. This ensures a clear, transparent, and straightforward fee structure.

Can i switch packages later?

Yes. You can switch to a different management package as your villa's needs change. We'll work with you to ensure a smooth transition, with the new package taking effect from the next billing cycle or as agreed.
